Four-hour, fully-narrated guide service of Acadia National Park itinerary

The 3 hour and the 4 hour guide service are customizable and can become a full day for groups that want to see more of the area.

What to expect

Visiting Acadia National Park:

• CUA permit good for the calendar year, – cost $300.00 paid to Acadia National Park advance purchase only. CUA is required when the coach goes through the fee station
• Entrance fee into Acadia National Park – cost $150.00 per coach, paid at the time of the tour when the coach goes through the fee station.

Visiting Cadillac Mountain

• Cadillac Mountain is operated under a timed permit entry system
• Timed entry permit reservations are made at Recreation.gov- Commercial account needed to reserve motor Coach entries.
• Entry is valid for 30 minutes- Time on the Summit is not limited
• Print off your timed entry permit reservation- the cell service is unreliable, you may not be able to accesses your reservation using a cell

• Optional service Oli’s Trolley can make the reservation for your motor coach visit to Cadillac Mountain for an additional fee of $26.00 per coach, per visit.
• Your step-on guide will have the reservation for the day of the tour.  This service is only available when booking the original step-on guide tour.

• Payment is due at the time of booking, and we require 14 days notice for a full refund.
• The step-on guide wills call/text the escort the day before to reconfirm the tour.
